Every once in a while, I go through these phases of eBay-junkie.
I get addicted.
I can go for months without buying anything... or even perusing.
But when I'm looking for something, and I see it up for sale at eBay...I am addicted...100%.
When I am winning an auction, I must hit the refresh button 5,309,034 times. My palms are sweaty..and my heart is racey.
I'm a little embarrassed to say...
When I am getting down to the last few minutes of an auction, and someone is trying to outbid me... I go into a frenzie.
Forget that I just told myself my dollar limit.
It's all about winning.
I'm sure that's the point. To suck me in for more dollars than I every was planning to spend.
Only to be outbid.
OH-Have you ever submitted the WRONG PRICE!? For example.... bid $50,000. instead of $50.??
Talk about panic mode!!!
Thank heavens for that little "retract your stupid 'I-was-so-excited-to-outbid-that-I-didn't-watch-and-even-confirmed-that-stupid-price' bid.
