If you never do another thing to protect yourself, PLEASE, for ALL that is holy... USE SUNSCREEN, especially on your FACE. EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU MIGHT BE IN THE SUN.
Women, wear foundation that has sunscreen in it... or if you are like me and wear tinted moisturizer... be sure it has a sunscreen in it. (Clinique has an awesome tinted moisturizer).

I cannot beg you enough to be good to your skin...To cover your skin one way or another.
I had to have a biopsy, today, on my nose.
Have you ever had to have a shot in your nose?! In the cartilage?
I would suggest that, unless you absolutely need it,

I don't know that I've experienced any procedure in my life that hurt worse.
It rivals childbirth.
Skin cancer is real. There are an estimated 800,000 new cases each year. And, what would you guess causes 90% of those cases?
SUN EXPOSURE.
I was a regular sun-worshipping teenager/young adult.
Sadly, I even scheduled my college classes around the best tanning times.
I used Baby Oil...and would burn the heck out of my skin.
On Purpose.
We were stupid then. We had NO CLUE.
Yeh, a tan looks beautiful.
But is it worth the risk?
I will know in a week, whether or not this is skin cancer.
Please. Take care of you.
You're worth it.
**a good sized chunk, bigger than I expected, of my nose was taken off...I hope it heals flat! Otherwise... anyone know of some "skin Spackle" I can get?
