In honor of your 13th birthday-- here are 13 things about you...
- You came into the world, not crying, but with a big gasp and a look of awe on your face. We didn't hear you cry until a few hours after you were born.
- You're mostly quiet until you have assessed your surroundings... and while you'll talk and laugh with people, you're more reserved than the other people you come in contact with.
- You were born faster than any of my other girls....just about 2 1/2 hours of labor.
- You had a binkie until the minute I brought your baby (AJ) home from the hospital... the day after your 2nd birthday. You said you were giving it up because HE was the baby, now, NOT YOU.
- You have had several crushes in the past year, but you don't feel comfortable talking about it.
- School is not your favorite, although this is your best year yet.
- You always have enchiladas for your birthday dinner, with Angelfood cake for dessert.
- Your first real non-family-best-friend- is Mericia B., and she is the exact opposite of you in looks... dark hair, dark skin.. but is just as quiet as you are in public. At home, tho, you two are peals of laughter and giggles Non.Stop.
- You have such a quick mind... and can snap off a quick funny response faster than anyone I know.
- You love anything the color turquoise.
- You are a natural musician, picking up harmony easily...begging your sisters (and even your brother) to sing things you can harmonize to.
- You finally are getting the hang of the piano, but your heart beats to a different drum, literally. You beg me for drum lessons regularly. This would be the reason we are definately having a basement when we finally buy a house.
