Some 'firsts' are hard to handle...

Why does it affect me so, that my baby has lost her first tooth? She is old enough. Really, she is older than when some of my other's lost teeth... but it affects me like crazy. It is strange to look at her not-so-baby-face and realize she is more independant, she doesn't need me so much. She was kind enough to tell me that it is only 12 years until she is eligible to get married.
DON'T BE IN SUCH A RUSH TO GROW UP, Dangit.
