rhap·so·dy ( P ) (rps-d)n. pl. rhap·so·dies 1.Exalted or excessively enthusiastic expression of feeling in speech or writing. 2.A literary work written in an impassioned or exalted style. 3.A state of elated bliss; ecstasy.
I cannot express how joyful I feel today, knowing that someone is finally getting his just rewards for his mean, sneaky, low-down, lying behavior. It restores my faith that TRUTH AND RIGHTEOUNESS PREVAILS. It is a testimony of divine intervention. I must say tho, that my feelings are mixed. I feel sorta bad that I am so happy that the jerk is in trouble now. I try not to be ... but I'm glad people are seeing him for what he is. I shouldn't be so glad for people's misfortune. I am sad for his wife, the agony she will go through wondering at the fate of her husband's career. I'm sad she will probably never hear the real truth... as he is so great at lying. I'm sad that he felt he was so far superior that could manipulate everyone, and now has to pay the price.
Standing for something really means something.
