College....

It came today.

Her acceptance letter from the local college.

And since that moment... I have been reflective.

Am I really ready for her to embark on her journey of grown up choices and grown up decisions?

It's all silly fun... picking out classes and thinking about career moves....

Applying for scholarships and grants.

And since we're non-residents... Yikes. We need all the help we can get.

*sigh*

She's growing up. Right before my eyes.

I'm excited for her.

She is nervous, but excited.

And I couldn't be proud more proud of her decision to go to college.

"College is part of the American dream. It shouldn't be part of a financial nightmare for families.”
