WW update
Today was my last Weight Watchers meeting here in Kansas.
And I made it to 13.8 lbs lost since I started WW.
Not exactly my goal...I wanted to be down 20 lbs before making the big move...
but I am thrilled, nevertheless.
It's the first time in my life I didn't stress eat during all the stress in my life these past two weeks.
And that gives me hope that I have finally figured out something!
I will keep it up because I like losing weight this way. I like how I feel...
And even when I slip up occasionally---it doesn't completely throw me off the wagon....it just unseats me a bit.
But my real plan is to lose it and keep it off forever. To be healthy and strong so that I can be the 'cool' grandma someday.
Here's to the new me!!
