That 'dread' feeling...

I have been anxious for a few days now.... about the 2nd job that I was offered.
I'd prayed about it--whether it was the right thing or not... and never really received an answer, one way or another. In my experience... I find that it usually means either way is ok.
But in the past few days, I have feel serious anxiety over accepting this new job.
At first I thought maybe I was just nervous about starting something new.
And I prayed.
I realized I didn't feel nervous, but something wasn't right.
So, I prayed more.
And my answer came.
It is not the right time in my life do this job.
And now I feel relief.
Funny how that works.
I'm grateful I didn't go thorugh all the training before I received that confirmation from above.
*sigh*
I just want to help my family have a little bit more.

Prayers are a wonderful thing. Sometimes the answers are what we were hoping for and other times they are what we never dreamed they would be, only to find out it is just what we needed. Read D&C 125 and 126. I am sure you will giggle when you think of our situation and what I know you will see as my immediate interpretation. However after many prayers I have a different opinion of those verses and their meaning in our current situation. The ability to pray and know that our prayers are being heard and answered is such an AMAZING wonderful gift in life.

Timing is everything, as long as it is God's timing, you know?
